Roadmap

Aurora Copilot continues to evolve with user feedback and advancements in AI technology. Here’s a look at our planned milestones and future developments:

Development Phases

Phase 1: Enhanced AI Assistance

Contextual Awareness: Enable the AI to retain conversation history, allowing it to provide more relevant responses based on prior interactions within a session.

Expanded Knowledge Base: Integrate additional resources and documentation, especially for niche frameworks and libraries, to broaden Aurora Copilot’s support for diverse migration needs.

Phase 2: Advanced Code Analytics

Code Quality Assessment: Introduce a feature that scans the migrated code for performance bottlenecks and suggests improvements.

Syntax and Compatibility Checker: Implement automated checks to ensure migrated code conforms to standards of the target environment and framework.

Phase 3: Collaborative Features

Session Sharing: Allow users to share specific migration sessions with teammates, enabling collaborative review and feedback on migrated code.

Real-Time Updates: As team members contribute to or modify a migration, others will see real-time updates, promoting seamless teamwork.

Phase 4: Expanded Export Options

Customizable Export Formats: Provide export options for different formats, such as JSON, Markdown, and XML, catering to varied use cases.

Integrated Git Export: Allow users to directly commit migrated code to a connected Git repository, streamlining the workflow for version control.

Phase 5: Enhanced Documentation and Learning Resources

Interactive Walkthroughs: Develop guided, interactive walkthroughs for each major feature, making it easier for new users to get started with Aurora Copilot.

Learning Modules: Offer bite-sized tutorials and best practice guides on code migration techniques, tailored for different skill levels.
