Request Submission Process
Web Application
- Login: Access the web application at iTD Agent Web Portal.
- Choose a Request Type:
- Travel Request
- Leave Request
- Support Request
- Discard Request
- Fill in Details: Enter necessary information for the request.
- Submit: Confirm and submit the request.
- Tracking: Monitor request status through the portal.
Microsoft Teams App
- Installation:
- Open Microsoft Teams.
- Navigate to the “Apps” section.
- Search for “iTD Agent” and add either the production or development app.
- Usage:
- Start a conversation with the bot.
- Select the request type from the prompts.
- Provide the necessary details.
- Submit the request.
- Approval Process:
- Approvers receive notifications via Teams and email.
- Requests can be approved or rejected within Teams, SharePoint, or email.
Request Processing
- Travel Requests: Stored in SharePoint, with approval required.
- Leave Requests: Submitted to the Zoho portal for approval and leave balance updates.
- Support Requests: Managed via Zendesk, with notifications sent for updates.
Notifications and Approval
- Users receive email notifications upon request submission.
- Approvers can manage requests through Teams, SharePoint, or email.
- Status updates are communicated to users automatically.
